Step One
Register for the Esri Safety & Security Summit. Before you can book your hotel, you must be a registered attendee.
Step Two
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Attendee Portal. In your Attendee Portal, you will have unique links to book your hotel reservations. These links give you access to the participating hotels and discounted room rate information.

Event attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
Groups may request blocks of 10 or more hotel rooms per night. Depending on group block size and availability, rooms may be split between hotels to accommodate the block request.
The number of rooms requested is not guaranteed and the maximum number of rooms requested per night cannot exceed 70.
No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the event. We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if they offer shuttle service.
