Instructions to book a discounted hotel room
Step One
Register for the Safety and Security Summit @ Esri UC. Before you can book your hotel room, you must be registered for the summit.
Step Two
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Attendee Portal. In your Attendee Portal, you will have unique links to book your hotel reservations. These links give you access to participating hotels and discounted room rate information.

Frequently asked questions
No, you must first register for the event. Your registration confirmation email will contain a link to your Attendee Portal.
In your Attendee Portal, you will find your unique links that give you access to the participating hotels with discounted room rate information.
Summit attendees may modify or cancel their hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
- Cancellations should be made no later than May 16, 2024; a $100 fee will apply for cancellations made after this date. Name changes to hotel reservations can be made until June 17, 2024, by using the link provided in your hotel reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancellations made after June 17, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply.
- Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Note: Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
United MileagePlus members earn valuable miles for their travel when using the Meetings discount code. Booking fees are waived for Meetings reservations.

No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. We suggest you check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service.
