Mark Crow is a group leader for geographic information system (GIS)-related work within the S&ME organization. Crow led the effort to develop company-wide standards for the presentation of GIS maps, format of spatial data, and web content.
Crow has over 18 years of combined professional land surveying and GIS experience. He works on a wide range of engineering-related projects including water, wastewater, and storm water; sanitary sewer rehab; stream restoration; survey- and mapping-grade GPS data collection; transportation systems; and GIS mapping for utilities, federal agencies, and municipalities. Crow is active in the East Tennessee State University Surveying and Mapping department as a curriculum consultant and is very active in the Northeast Tennessee and S&ME GIS users' group.
