Esri's policies for accessibility and services
Esri is dedicated to providing a welcoming, respectful, safe, and accessible environment for all conference attendees. Our conference fosters an environment where collaboration can thrive, innovation is abundant and encouraged, and all attendees are provided the opportunity to learn and grow.
We ask that all Esri staff and conference attendees be mindful of the Esri Code of Conduct for Conferences and Community Spaces, to help create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation. Please be respectful, and report any inappropriate behavior to Esri staff.

The following provides additional details about services provided and where to go for more information before and during the conference:

Children at the Conference
For safety and security, all registered attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Some exceptions may apply, and we welcome you to reach out and discuss your individual needs. For example, K–12 students may be able to attend as part of their school curriculum, with the required parent/guardian permission. Please send an email to confregis@esri.com if you have any questions regarding children attending the Esri GeoConX Conference.
While we do not offer special programs for children at this event, such as Family Night, GIS Kids Fair, or on-site day care, these activities will be available at the annual Esri User Conference in San Diego, in case you would like to bring your children to that event. We continually update our conference support to meet the ever-changing needs of our attendees, so please contact our staff at the Registration Desk if you have suggestions for future events.
First aid
Conference attendees needing first aid during event hours should visit Esri's Registration Desk located in the Concourse.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 911 immediately from any available phone or cell phone, then notify the site's security staff so they can quickly direct first responders. The information and processes below will help expedite and coordinate response at each location to help ensure the fastest response possible.
