How do I cancel my hotel, flight, and transportation reservations?

Hotel rooms booked through the Esri Housing Bureau will be cancelled with no penalties and no additional action required.

Unaffiliated accommodations or other travel costs—such as airfare, train or bus tickets, or rental cars—will need to be cancelled directly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
