Upon reserving your room, you will receive a confirmation email from our Passkey reservation system. This email will contain a unique link to register for the Esri Energy Resources GIS Conference at a discounted rate. The registration discount will be automatically applied when you use your unique link.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you do not need to register first to receive the discounted room rate.
Conference attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
- Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until March 31, 2023, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancellations made after March 31, 2023, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply.
- Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the Hilton Americas- Houston. We suggest you check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service.
