Frequently asked questions
Yes, you do not need to register first to receive the discounted hotel room rate.
Event attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their hotel reservation confirmation email.
- Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until March 29, 2024, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancellations made after March 29, 2024, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply. Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, if applicable.
Esri does not provide transportation to or from our partner hotels in Houston to the George R. Brown Convention Center. We suggest you check with your hotel directly to see if it offers shuttle service.
