Frequently asked questions

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received after February 25, 2019 will forfeit 50% of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do no not participate or who cancel after March 11, 2019, will forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded.

What are the payment options?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Payment must be received prior to attending the event.

When will I receive confirmation?

A confirmation will be sent to you 7 to 10 days after we receive your completed registration form. Check your confirmation for accuracy.

If you qualify under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and/or have any special needs or require assistance, please send your request and schedule via e-mail.
