Due to the continually evolving circumstances surrounding coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), the 2022 Esri Federal GIS Conference is open only to people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Why must I be vaccinated to attend this event?
Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Esri has been closely monitoring developments concerning COVID-19, and we are taking precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, we are asking that those who attend be fully vaccinated.
What does "fully vaccinated" mean?
A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving either of the following:
- The second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, BIBP, or Sinovac vaccines
- A single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO) or approved for full use by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on or before January 25, 2022. The full list of emergency use and authorized vaccines can be found here.
If an attendee or exhibitor does not meet these requirements, they are not considered fully vaccinated and will not be permitted to enter the 2022 Esri Federal GIS Conference.
Will I need to show proof of vaccination to attend?
Yes, you will need to show proof of vaccination to attend. Esri supports the use of CLEAR Health Pass via the CLEAR app, where attendees can provide their vaccination status for registration and have a quick and easy way to show proof of vaccination. We will also offer on-site manual screening. If you do not wish to complete the CLEAR Health Pass, you will be required to bring proof of vaccination (CDC Card or other acceptable documentation) and ID for verification.
What is the cost of the event?
The cost of this event will vary depending on the attendee type. Please refer to the registration details page to find your applicable rate.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Once you submit your registration application, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.
If I need to cancel my registration, what is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email email@example.com with your request for review. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
