Hotel Reservations and Transportation

No, you must first register for the event. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Attendee Portal. In your Attendee Portal, you will have a unique link to book your hotel reservations. This link gives you access to the participating hotels and discounted room rate information.

Event attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.

• Cancellations should be made no later than February 12, 2026.
• Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until January 12, 2026, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
• Any changes, including cancellations made after January 12, 2026, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply. Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, if applicable.
• Please note, the hotels will not have a record of your reservation until after January 13, 2026.

Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded.

No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from our partner hotels in Washington, DC, to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. We suggest you check with your hotel directly to see if it offers shuttle service.
