Tom Vo is a principal regional planner with the Southern California Association of Governments. He manages the Local Information Services Program to deliver information and technical services to all 197 jurisdictions. Tom is a core member working on the Regional Data Platform, Local Data Exchange, and Connect SoCal plan. He applies research, spatial, and analytical skills on diverse planning topics related to transportation, land use, housing, safety, sustainability, and environmental justice in his work. Tom holds degrees in urban and regional planning and civil engineering from Cal Poly Pomona.
