How to access digital content

  • Make sure that you are registered

    You will receive a confirmation email from Esri with your registration details. We recommend that you save this email because the Esri account credentials that were used to register will be needed for digital event access.

  • Sign in to the event April 11–12

    Get access to the Geodesign Summit with the same Esri account credentials that were used for registration. If you can’t remember your account info, verify your ID and password by referencing your registration confirmation email.

Digital attendance tips

  • Plan your schedule

    Visit the detailed agenda page to see which sessions will be streamed live. Use the Access Type filter to select the livestream option.

    Find livestream sessions

  • Minimize distractions

    Although it can be tempting to multitask, you may miss key information. Set aside time for the event and distance yourself from distractions to make sure you optimize your experience.

  • Check your technology

    Review the system requirements and supported browsers—this information is provided in the frequently asked questions section. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection.

Digital access frequently asked questions

Digital access allows you to experience live streams of select sessions from the in-person event including the Plenary and Keynote Sessions and user presentations.

Select recordings will be made publicly available in June.

On the Detailed Agenda page, you can filter the session list by access type using the filters in the left column.

Select the livestream option to review sessions that will be live streamed. Livestream sessions can be joined during their scheduled times.

Yes, anyone who has registered for the in-person event will automatically receive digital access once it becomes available.

Digital access will be available during the event, April 11–12, 2023.

Select sessions will be available for viewing later the same day they've taken place and can be accessed at any time afterward.

Digital access for scheduled sessions of the Geodesign Summit will be held in Pacific time (PT).

Digital access for the Geodesign Summit is supported on current nonbeta versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. Please note that Internet Explorer is not supported. For the optimal experience, we recommend using Chrome and to make sure your web browser is configured to have JavaScript and cookies enabled and pop-up blockers disabled.

Yes, our responsive interface is designed to be mobile and tablet friendly. Mobile versions of Chrome and Safari are supported; for optimal performance, ensure that your browser is up-to-date.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you see or are the target of inappropriate behavior or language, please email eventsconduct@esri.com, and we will take appropriate action to ensure the digital event maintains a safe and constructive environment.

The consequences of such behavior may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Immediate removal from session or meeting
  • Removal of inappropriate chat or meeting content
  • Restricted access to future Esri events
  • Denial of attendance for future Esri events

Esri reserves the right to take any and/or all of these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all virtual meetings.
