Registration includes Monday's International Geodesign Collaboration evening presentation and all conference events Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please note that Monday's technical workshops require additional registration fees and are limited in space.

2019 Student Scholarships

A limited number of student scholarships are available. Scholarships are for admission only into the summit. This does not include travel, hotel, or other expenses. If you are interested, please e-mail us and include the following information:

  • First and Last Name 
  • Current University and Major
  • How will attending the Geodesign Summit benefit your education and career? (150 words or less)
  • How did you hear about the Geodesign Summit? (university/professor, e-mail, social media, advertisement, esri website, i.e.)
  • Are you a first time attendee of Geodesign Summit?

What payment options are available?

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
  • Payments must be received prior to the conference in order to attend.
  • Cash is no longer accepted onsite.
  • For any registration or payment inquiries, please email the registration team.

When will I receive confirmation?

A confirmation will be sent to you 7 to 10 days after we receive your completed registration form. Check your confirmation for accuracy.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations received after January 25, 2019, will forfeit 50% of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do no not participate or who cancel after February 11, 2019, will forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded.
