Health and safety protocols

Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same. We encourage everyone to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their health as well as the health of others.

Registration questions

The cost of this event will vary depending on the attendee type. Please refer to the registration details page to find your applicable rate.

General registration will be offered on-site but will be limited. Please note that cash is not accepted in payment for on-site registration.

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your registration. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.

For cancellations received after October 11, 2022, registrants will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after October 26, 2022, will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after this date will not be eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email confregis@esri.com with your request for review.

Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.

General attendance questions

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you see or are the target of inappropriate behavior or language, please contact an Esri staff member, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment.

The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Immediate removal from session or meeting
  • Restricted access to future Esri events
  • Denial of attendance for future Esri events

Esri reserves the right to take any of or all these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events.

Upon request, we can provide a certificate of attendance after the event. Email confregis@esri.com to request your certificate. Unfortunately, we do not offer continuing education credits for attending the Esri Gulf Coast User Conference.
