    Applications to become a sponsor or exhibitor will be accepted until September 22, 2023. No additional order changes can be made after this date. All deliverable items are due to Esri and its vendors no later than September 27.

    Our portal makes it easy for you to submit your application and any deliverable items. Before you can access the event portal, you’ll need to connect your My Esri account to your organization.

    Sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities are open only to members of the Esri Partner Network.

Steps to apply

1. Start your application.

Once you’ve established your My Esri account, access the portal to submit your application by clicking the Apply Now button.

2. Select your participation bundle.

Choose the sponsorship or exhibitor bundle that fits your needs and budget.

3. Provide organization details.

Include details that will help conference attendees understand your organization.

4. Review order and payment details.

Esri sends an invoice for each order once it has been accepted. Invoice information will be collected during the application process.

5. Wait for approval email.

Esri reviews each application and will send a confirmation email after your order has been approved.

Once you have been approved, you will be given access to the sponsor and exhibitor portal. From there, you can send your staff an invitation email which contains the registration code needed for them to register.

The user list is proprietary information, so it is not provided to sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees.
