Upon reserving your room, you will receive a confirmation email from our Passkey reservation system. This email will contain a promo code to register for the Esri Gulf Coast User Conference at a discounted rate. The registration discount will be automatically applied when you use your promo code.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you do not need to register first to receive the discounted room rate.
Conference attendees may modify or cancel their hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
- Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until October 6th, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancelations made after October 6, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancelation policy will apply.
- Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the event venue. We suggest that you check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service.
