General questions

Why must I provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result to attend?

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Esri has been closely monitoring developments concerning COVID-19, and we are taking precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, we are requiring that those who attend provide proof of having tested negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to attendance or proof of full vaccination against COVID-19.

What does fully vaccinated mean?

A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving either of the following:

  • The second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, BIBP, or Sinovac vaccines
  • A single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine

This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO) or approved for full use by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on or before April 18, 2022. The full list of emergency use and authorized vaccines can be found here.

If an attendee or exhibitor does not meet these requirements, they are not considered fully vaccinated and will not be permitted to attend this event.

Will I need to show proof of a negative test result or full vaccination to attend?

This event requires proof of having tested negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to attending the conference. Individuals who are unable or unwilling to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result must verify that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This event supports the use of CLEAR Health Pass with the CLEAR app to verify vaccination and negative COVID-19 test results. If you are unable to download and use CLEAR Health Pass as verification, you can provide your proof of vaccination or negative test result on-site for manual screening at the Health Pass Help Desk.
