Applications to become a sponsor or exhibitor will be accepted until March 10, 2023. All deliverable items are due on March 17, 2023.
Application process

Submit your application by completing the sponsorship form. To complete the form, you will need your organization's customer number.

Sponsorship opportunities are open only to members of the Esri Partner Network.

Showcase your products and services with our exhibitor bundle. This opportunity is available exclusively to Esri Partner Network members.

Exhibitor Bundle

Benefits include a tabletop exhibit space, one full conference registration pass, your organization's logo and description on the event website, and recognition signage throughout the venue.

This opportunity is by invitation only and subject to approval.

1. Create or connect your My Esri account

Ensure that your account is updated with current contact details. Connecting your account to your organization is recommended but not required for this event.

2. Start your application

Once you’ve established your My Esri account, access the portal to submit your application by selecting the Apply now button.
3. Provide organization details

Add details to help attendees learn about your organization.
4. Review order and payment details

Esri requires payment in full at the time of application submission.

To register staff, you will need the private registration link contained in the confirmation email from the Esri exhibits team.

The user list is proprietary information, so it is not provided to sponsors, exhibitors, or attendees.
