About Mike Muller
Mike Muller has over 25 years of GIS and Remote Sensing software development experience. In the early 1990s, he helped pioneer GIS application development while working in Esri's Application Prototype Lab. Mr. Muller transitioned to working on the first version of ArcGIS and continued to innovate GIS software capabilities for the next two decades. In 2008, he took a break from Esri as a lead developer on the world leading imagery and remote sensing package ENVI®. Mr. Muller returned to Esri in 2011 to lead the imagery and remote sensing software development team in Redlands. Mr. Muller has a passion for bringing GIS and Remote Sensing closer together. Today, he continues to drive Esri software development in the areas of image management, image analytics, and raster GIS.
