Due to the continually evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19, the 2021 Esri Imagery Summit is open only to people residing in the United States who are fully vaccinated against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Why must I be vaccinated to attend this event?
Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Esri has been closely monitoring developments concerning COVID-19, and we are taking precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, we are requiring that those who attend be fully vaccinated.
What does "fully vaccinated" mean?
A person is considered fully vaccinated:
- 14 days, after their second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines.
- 14 days, after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.
Will I need to show proof of vaccination to attend?
We will require you to provide proof of vaccination and will be working with a third party to verify your vaccination status. More information about this process will be provided in the coming weeks.
Can I attend this event if I reside outside the United States?
The in-person experience will only be open to those residing in the United States. After the conclusion of the in-person event, we will also offer digital access. Digital access will be available to all customers current on maintenance or subscriptions, including those who reside outside the United States.
What is the deadline to register for this event?
The deadline to register for this event is October 11, 2021. If we reach our maximum capacity of 200 attendees before October 11, 2021, we will close registration at that time.
What is the cost of the event?
If you would like to attend in person, registration for the event is $100. Access to the digital event is at no cost for those who are current on maintenance or subscriptions.
Will there be a limit on registration for the in-person event?
Yes, registration will be capped at 200 attendees for this event.
Can I register for this event on-site?
No, registration must be completed online no later than October 11, 2021. If you do not preregister by that date, you will not be able to attend the event in person.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your registration. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.
If I need to cancel my registration, what is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received after September 20 will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do no not participate or who cancel after October 4 will forfeit their entire registration fee, and registrations received after that date are not eligible for refunds. After October 4, if you need to cancel due to special circumstances, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request for review. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
