Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

A registration confirmation will be sent via email 7 to 10 days after your information is received. The confirmation will include check-in times and locations for picking up your badge and event materials.

What is the Imagery Summit @ Esri UC cancellation policy?

Registrants whose cancellations are received after June 11, 2020, will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do not participate, or who cancel after June 25, 2020, will forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time.

How do I get my Imagery Summit @ Esri UC badge?

A photo ID is required to receive your badge. Your registration confirmation email will provide a bar code and badge pickup times and locations. Your badge will include a digitally encoded tag that you can use to receive one complimentary drink during the Monday evening Map Gallery. There is a $50 fee to reprint a badge.

Where can I find information about on-site services at the conference?

We provide several on-site services to ensure that all attendees have a welcoming and positive experience at the event. Information regarding accessibility, nursing or prayer/quiet rooms, and other on-site services can be found on our Accessibility and Services page.
