Instructions to book a discounted hotel reservation
Step One
Register for the Esri Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference. Before you can book your hotel, you must be registered for the event.
Step Two
Book your hotel using the unique link located in your registration confirmation email. The link gives you access to the participating hotels and discounted room rate information.

Frequently asked questions
No, you must first register for the conference. Your registration confirmation email will contain a link that gives you access to the participating hotels with discounted room rate information.
Event attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
- Cancellations should be made no later than September 27.
- Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until September 27, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email.
- Any changes, including cancellations made after September 27, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply. Canceling your event registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation, if applicable.
