General event questions

Yes. Esri has hosted a geospatial event for executives, senior managers, and geospatial champions at geospatial organizations adjacent to the Esri User Conference since 2012. It has had a variety of names reflecting the evolution of the event. The current name, National Geospatial Executive Summit @ Esri UC, reflects its emphasis on geospatial authorities and their executives and managers.

Yes. The Senior Executive Summit @ Esri UC is for Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) from all industries, whereas the National Geospatial Executive Summit @ Esri UC is designed for CEOs, executives, and senior managers of geospatial authorities, including national, state, and regional governments. This includes national and state mapping and charting, cadastral and land administration organizations, and official statistical offices and other government geospatial authorities.

The National Geospatial Executive Summit @ Esri UC  is held on the Saturday before the Esri User Conference, and the Senior Executive Summit @ Esri UC is on Sunday. Both are by invitation only. CEOs may be invited to either or both of these events.

No, there is no registration limit for this event, but attendance is by invitation only.

Yes, this event is not limited to US residents.

Yes, accepted attendees can register on-site.

Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the information provided, we will reach out to you.

If you need to cancel your attendance, please email confregis@esri.com with your request.

Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, any registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.


General attendance questions

Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, including exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local health authorities and ask that all in-person event attendees do the same.

We encourage everyone to make informed decisions about attending our events in the best interest of their health as well as the health of others.

Upon request, we can provide a certificate of attendance after the event. Email confregis@esri.com to request your certificate.

Unfortunately, we do not offer continuing education credits for attending the summit.

Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you witness or are subjected to inappropriate behavior or have any other concerns, notify an Esri staff member at our Registration Desk as soon as possible. Appropriate action will be taken to ensure that the event maintains a safe and constructive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation.

The consequences of such behavior may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Immediate removal from a session or meeting
  • Restricted access to future Esri events
  • Denial of admission to future Esri events

Esri reserves the right to take any or all of these disciplinary actions as deemed necessary for all events. We ask that all Esri staff and event attendees be mindful of the  Esri Code of Conduct for conferences and community spaces during this event.
