Frequently asked questions
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
A registration confirmation will be sent via email 7 to 10 days after your information is received. The confirmation will include check-in times and locations for picking up your badge and event materials.
Please check your confirmation email to verify that all information is accurate. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or have questions, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 888-377-4576.
How do I get my National Government Executive Forum @ Esri UC badge?
A photo ID is required to receive your badge. Your confirmation will provide badge pickup times and locations. Your badge will include a digitally encoded tag that will be used to receive one complimentary drink during the Monday evening Map Gallery and, if eligible, will allow you to pick up your wristband for the Thursday Night Party. If you registered for a preconference seminar, it will grant you access to that session as well. There will be a $50 fee to reprint a badge.
Where can I find information about on-site services at the conference?
We provide several on-site services at the Esri User Conference to ensure that all attendees have a welcoming and positive experience at the event. Information regarding accessibility, nursing or prayer/quiet rooms, and other on-site services can be found on our Accessibility and Services page.
How should I report suspicious, aggressive, or harassing behavior?
Report any of this inappropriate behavior to an Esri or conference staff member. We are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. View the Code of Conduct for Esri Conferences and Community Spaces.
