About Kevin

Kevin Wright is a Senior Solutions Architect at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Office of the Chief Readiness Support Officer. Over the past 30 years, Wright has been passionate about creating solutions to help solve critical issues related to health, defense, environment and disaster response and recovery. He has been involved in recovery efforts, including spending two years in Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina, and has worked with the US Department of Energy to assess the potential impacts of sea level rise and storm surge on critical energy assets. He has been working to improve the way leadership at the Department of Homeland Security use geospatial data to make informed decisions during an incident.
