Registration includes two days at the Esri UC


Attend the world's largest GIS event dedicated to public safety, national security, and homeland defense. What is the National Security and Public Safety Summit @ Esri UC registration policy?

National Security and Public Safety Summit @ Esri UC registration(s) is limited for use by direct company employees only. Registrations may not be transferred to anyone, including, but not limited to, contractors, consultants, family members, partners, clients, or other Esri clients or partners, without expressed written consent from Esri. This provision is intended to be interpreted in its broadest sense and will be strictly enforced.

You must be 18 years or older to register and attend the National Security and Public Safety Summit @ Esri UC.

Information submitted online is subject to verification. If you do not qualify for the rate selected, your registration will be adjusted accordingly. If we are unable to process your registration, you will be contacted by Esri staff.

Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded.

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?

A registration confirmation will be sent via email 7 to 10 days after your information is received. The confirmation will include check-in times and locations for picking up your badge and event materials. Please check your confirmation email to verify that all information is accurate. If you do not receive a confirmation email, or have questions, contact us by email at confregis@esri.com or call us at 888-377-4576.

What is the National Security and Public Safety Summit @ Esri UC cancellation policy?

Registrants whose cancellations are received after June 15, 2018, will forfeit 50 percent of their registration fee. Confirmed registrants who do no not participate or who cancel after June 22, 2018, will forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions for registrants can be made at any time.

How do I get my National Security and Public Safety Summit @ Esri UC badge?

A photo ID is required to receive your badge. Your registration confirmation email will provide badge pick up times and locations. Your badge will include a digitally encoded tag that you can use to receive one complimentary drink during the Monday evening Map Gallery. There is a $50 fee to reprint a badge.
