Our conference fosters an atmosphere where collaboration can thrive, innovation is abundant and encouraged, and all attendees are provided the opportunity to learn and grow.
Quick links
Hearing Accommodations
We welcome our hearing-impaired guests to the conference. An American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be available (in a reserved section) during the Plenary Session. If you would like to use the services of our ASL interpreter, please send us an email.
Service Animals
Trained service animals are permitted in the Palm Springs Convention Center and Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel with proper supervision, and they are welcome at all Esri conference activities. If you have any special requirements, please contact any Esri staff member for assistance.
Lactation Room
Esri offers a dedicated lactation room to support the needs of our attendees. The room offers a quiet and private environment equipped with electrical outlets, a refrigerator, and comfortable seating. The room is located in the Green Room of the Palm Springs Convention Center. For security, the key is available at the Esri Registration Desk, located in the Primrose Lobby of the Palm Springs Convention Center.
Children at the Conference
For safety and security, all registered attendees must be at least 18 years of age. Some exceptions may apply, and we welcome you to reach out and discuss your individual needs. Please email confregis@esri.com with any questions you may have regarding children attending the Esri Partner Conference.
While we do not offer special programs for children such as Family Night, GIS Kids Fair, or on-site day care at the Esri Partner Conference, these activities will be available at the annual Esri User Conference in San Diego, in case you would like to bring your children to that event.
We continually update our conference support to meet the ever-changing needs of our attendees, so please contact our staff at the registration desk if you have suggestions for future events.
ADA-Compliant Accessibility
For information on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant accessibility of physical spaces at the Palm Springs Convention Center and Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, please visit the Palm Springs Convention Center and Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel websites. If you'll have any other special needs while at the conference, please email or call 909-793-2853, extension 1-5625
First Aid
Should you require first aid while attending the conference, there is a first aid desk in the Primrose Lobby. This desk is staffed to assist you during conference hours.
For life-threatening emergencies, please dial 911.
Esri's Events Code of Conduct
We ask conference attendees to be mindful of the Code of Conduct for Esri Conferences and Community Spaces to help create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone—free of harassment, aggression, and intimidation. Please be respectful, and report any inappropriate behavior to our staff.
