Health and safety protocols

Esri is committed to protecting the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, employees, and presenters. We follow the established protocols from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and require all in-person event attendees to do the same. Esri will continue to assess the evolving public health guidance regarding large gatherings and adapt accordingly. Request to attend this event for professionals in the rail industry

Registration is limited for this event and early application is encouraged. All potential participants must request to attend, and our event committee will review all requests. If your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with further registration instructions. Please note that only officially confirmed participants may attend the summit.

What you need to register

  • Esri account with unique email address

    All attendees will need to have an Esri account (such as an ArcGIS Online Public Account) with their unique email address. While a Public Account can accommodate multiple email addresses, our online registration platform cannot. You can create a free Esri account if you do not have one already.

  • Proof of negative COVID-19 test result or full vaccination

    During the registration process, you will be asked to certify that you will take a COVID-19 test within 48 hours prior to attending the summit and provide proof of a negative test result, or verify that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. You will also certify that you agree to comply with Esri's health and safety protocols.
