Health and safety questions

Why must I be vaccinated to attend this event?

Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. Esri has been closely monitoring developments concerning COVID-19, and we are taking precautionary measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). Therefore, we are asking that those who attend be fully vaccinated.

What does fully vaccinated mean?

A person is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after receiving either of the following:

  • The second dose in a two-dose series such as the Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, BIBP, or Sinovac vaccines
  • A single-dose vaccine such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine

This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorized for emergency use by the WHO or approved for full use by the FDA on or before January 25, 2022. The full list of emergency use and authorized vaccines can be found on this FDA web page.

Attendees or exhibitors who do not meet these requirements are not considered fully vaccinated and will not be permitted to attend in-person events.

Will I need to provide proof of vaccination to attend?

All attendees, exhibitors, and Esri employees at the event must demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This event supports the use of CLEAR Health Pass with the CLEAR app to verify vaccination status. If you are unable to download and use CLEAR Health Pass as verification, you can provide your proof of vaccination on-site for manual screening at the Health Pass Help Desk.
