STEP ONE
Before you can book your hotel, you must be registered for the Esri User Conference (Esri UC).
STEP TWO
Upon registering for the Esri UC, you will receive a unique reservation link in your registration confirmation email. This link will allow you to access hotel rate information and book your reservation at an available hotel.
Please note that reservations may only be made via your unique link and will not be accepted over the phone.
Yes, before you can book your hotel, you must be registered for the User Conference. Once you register, you will be provided with a unique hotel reservation link.
Conference attendees may modify or cancel their existing hotel reservation by using a link provided in their confirmation email.
Cancellations should be made no later than May 18, 2022. Name changes to hotel reservations can be made up until June 17, 2022, by using the link provided in your reservation confirmation email. Any changes, including cancellations made after January 11, 2022, need to be made directly with the hotel, and the individual hotel cancellation policy will apply. Esri reserves the right to cancel any event or training if the minimum registration is not met. If Esri cancels an event, registration fees will be refunded. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation, if applicable.
No, Esri does not provide transportation to or from the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. We suggest you check with your hotel to see if it offers shuttle service.
