How do I pay for my booth or sponsorship?

Please include credit card information on the online application. The card will be charged only when a booth is assigned. Esri does not invoice for booth space or sponsorships. 

How do I register my staff as a sponsor or exhibitor?

To register as a sponsor or exhibitor at Esri UC, you will need your booth number—contained in the email confirmation from Esri. You can then register on the Esri UC main registration page.    

Are complimentary conference badges granted for sponsors or exhibitors?

The number of complimentary badges depends on the sponsor option or booth size. Esri User Conference badges are full conference registrations. This grants you access to all Esri UC agenda items (other than invitation-only events). This includes the following: The Esri UC Plenary Session, all scheduled sessions, workshops, meals, and beverage breaks. Each Esri UC badge also provides access to the Thursday Night Party (company employees only). Badges provide access to the Exhibit Hall during installation and dismantling, one hour before the Expo opens each day, and during EXPO hours.

How do I get an exhibit manual?

Exhibit manual information will be included in the Esri UC booth confirmation email. You may also email us or call 909-793-2853, ext. 1-5281 or 1-2585 to request a manual.

Does Esri provide a list of attendees for the Esri UC and/or concurrent events?

The Esri User Conference and concurrent events are open only to Esri software users. The user list is proprietary information and, therefore, is not provided to exhibitors or attendees. However, Esri does code the badges for Esri UC and all concurrent events. Many exhibit packages include a lead retrieval system, or one may be rented through the exhibit manual, to capture attendee information.
