Exhibitor menu

To become an exhibitor, start with one of our required item bundles, then customize your ideal package.

Our à la carte menu allows you to build a presence with the items that best fit your needs. Prices will vary depending on your booth location.

  • Turnkey Structure Bundle

    Turnkey booths provide a great aesthetic for the Expo and allow you to conveniently purchase everything you need in one order. Our bundles are available for 10' x 10', 10' x 20', and 20’ x 20’ spaces. Each space includes graphics, carpet (gray), electricity, a trash bin, nightly vacuuming, and registration passes.

    Maximize your presence on the Expo floor with a 20’ x 20’ exhibit space. Start with this required bundle and find your place on the Expo floor. Each space now includes electricity, carpet (gray), nightly vacuuming, and registration passes.

Steps to apply

1. Locate your Esri customer number.

Make sure you know your organization's customer number, as it is needed to apply. To find your customer number, contact your organization's administrator or account manager.

2. Start your application.

Once you've established your My Esri account, access the portal to submit your application by clicking the Apply Now button.

3. Provide organization details.

Include details to help conference attendees understand your organization.

4. Select items to build your ideal sponsorship or exhibitor package.

Customize your participation with the à la carte menu.

5. Submit your invoice information.

All orders are invoiced, and no payment is due with your application. You’ll be sent an invoice for your participation total once your application is accepted.

6. Submit your application.

All applications are vetted and approved based on the order we receive them. You’ll get a confirmation email within 48–72 hours.
