Yes, the Activity Dashboard for ArcGIS is a FREE web application custom-made for organization administrators. It gives you access to activity-based metrics, real-time reports and other useful platform utilization information about your online mapping platform.

Think of the Activity Dashboard for ArcGIS as a complimentary application and extension of the usage and status reports available to organization administrators in the core administrator experience of ArcGIS Online.  Using Activity Dashboard for ArcGIS:

• You can generate aggregated visualizations of contributions, usage and collaboration
