Thailand Grid Population Density dataset offers accurate population density information obtained through meticulous surveying and data analysis conducted by the government, state-owned enterprises, and private individuals. This dataset is particularly valuable for businesses as it provides insights into the potential for expanding business areas, strategizing service plans, determining suitable sales targets, and planning the expansion of new buildings or branches.

The population density is measured using a grid system, with each grid unit equivalent to 500x500 meters. This unit can be adjusted according to the specific needs of the business. The dataset is divided into two sets:

1. Gridded Population Daytime: This set of statistics focuses on the population density during business operational hours from Monday through Friday, specifically from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. It is derived from administrative data provided by the Thai state's administration.

2. Gridded Population Nighttime: This set of statistics is based on surveying and represents the population density during nighttime hours from Monday through Friday, specifically from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. It provides insights into the population density during nighttime service providers' hours.
