Setup:
The first time you run Draw Maps, you will be presented with the "Hello World" map. This map gives you a way to test any of the note-taking functions right away. Additional map documents can be created at any time that can use any ArcGIS Online web map. Like the "Hello World" map, all map documents are device-only and do not sync with ArcGIS Online. To use Draw Maps in a collaboration, your web map in ArcGIS Online will need to be configured with a Draw Maps Feature Layer.
