Overview

DCSE provides a full suite of services for Utility Network Implementation for water and wastewater agencies. With over 30 years of industry experience, and 20 years of geometric network experience DCSE has a solid back ground to support the migration to and enterprise deployment of Utility Network. We have already implemented Utility Network for agencies of varying sizes and are in the process of implementing for several more. 

DCSE has implemented all functionalities of the Utility Network – containers, advanced tracing, shared network traces, and network diagrams. We have deployed utility network to enterprise, in branch versioning environment, and integrated with external databases. In addition to horizontal asset data, we also developed vertical asset data from tabular asset data and migrated it into utility network data that is traceable, with geometry and attributes.
DCSE’s experience with incorporating 3D geometry into the Utility Network is unique and adds a lot of value in visualization and analysis. 

DCSE provides professional services for Utility Network implementation at different levels to cater to your individual needs:
• Pilot - Utility Network Readiness Services, including a Pilot study of Utility Network – takes you through the full implementation, except it is done on a pilot area. This program will provide valuable information about your readiness and the requirements to adopt the technology.
• Full Conversion - Complete migration of your existing data, workflows, and integrations to Utility Network. This program includes the complete conversion and extensive knowledge transfer to get you to be self-sufficient in maintaining your system.
• UN Advisor - If you would like to DIY (Do-It-Yourself), but need help around some tight spots, we can provide as-needed consulting services (time and material basis) at optimal rates to help. We will be there as your trusted Utility Network conversion facilitator.
