This offering integrates GIS data, SCADA data, and meter information for an entire system and/or smaller subsets that are contained in the system. The integration is done through database views or via nightly Python scripts depending on the client's environment and preferred workflows. Once the data is integrated, the client can analyze the amount of water going into a selected area along with the water usages for that area. Water usage may include flushing data (both manual and automated), bulk water sales, leaks, and customer usage. The delta between the water in and the water used is the water being lost or non-revenue water usage. When filtered on smaller contained areas, this information can provide guidance to the client about where further investigation is needed to identify potential leaks, theft, or broken meters. Additionally, showing a list of active customers with 0 water usages for a given time period can help to identify broken meters that are causing water losses.
