TeamD3 Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner (AECO) Reality Capture and Back-Modeling Services are designed to optimize BIM-to-GIS and AECO Digital Twin projects capture existing conditions and create proper as-built models of project environments. These services can be applied to both horizontal construction and vertical construction or a combination of the two.
TeamD3’s Reality Capture Services employ terrestrial-based, and UAV (drone) based Lidar scanning, Photogrammetry, and even thermal imaging if required.
Once we have our client’s imagery captured in the proper formats, we are able to create full as-exists/as-built CAD and BIM models and geo-reference the models to ArcGIS 2D and 3D environments. We use industry standard CAD and BIM software for model creation. From here we offer a host of additional services that help facilitate client project’s ultimate digital transformation objectives.
