How It Works
Our three-phase process helps you effectively reach and/or maintain steady state. UDC’s quality management tools and our project framework methodology help streamline your business process workflows by applying automation where possible.
- Initial Startup: UDC reviews documentation and work samples, and a specification document is created. A few GIS specialists are trained up.
- Proof of Process: A pilot project is conducted using an assortment of data sources. Client feedback is implemented.
- Production: Full production begins, and additional GIS specialists are trained as needed to support the workload, which may include QC and DAT
