Esri Demographics helps you understand the unique characteristics of a population based on a specific location. Whether you're in economic development, health care, retail, or real estate, Esri Demographics adds greater insight to your maps and more context to your analysis.
Turn any location value into a place on a map
If your dataset does not contain a location field, you can enable location with these location types: coordinates, addresses, or geographies. After you enable location, a new location field is added to your dataset. With a location field, you can create maps and perform location analytics on your data.
Create relationships between datasets
- Inner
- All (full outer join)
- Left (left outer join)
- Right (right outer join)
Joins made using location fields will use Intersects as the spatial relationship. However, you can still choose Inner, All, Left, or Right as the relationship type.
