{"id":405122,"date":"2022-04-08T23:18:10","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T23:18:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uat.esri.com\/en-us\/industries\/blog\/?post_type=blog&#038;p=405122"},"modified":"2025-06-23T22:42:56","modified_gmt":"2025-06-23T22:42:56","slug":"esri-and-our-partners-working-together-for-customer-success","status":"publish","type":"blog","link":"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/en-us\/industries\/blog\/articles\/esri-and-our-partners-working-together-for-customer-success","title":{"rendered":"Esri and Our Partners, Working Together for Customer Success"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"undefined block-editor-paragraph\">From March 5<sup>th<\/sup> through 7<sup>th,<\/sup> I had the pleasure of attending the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.esri.com\/en-us\/about\/events\/partner-conference\/overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">2022 Esri Partner Conference (EPC)<\/a> in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. This event has been going on for over 30 years. Prior to joining Esri, I worked for Esri Partners and really looked forward to this focused event each year. Once I joined Esri, I missed participating in the EPC. While EPC went virtual during the pandemic, I was able to participate in it, but as we all know, it just was not the same. To attend EPC in person this year was a reminder how important personal relationships are in our lives, both socially and for business and personal development. Many of our users may not be aware of this event and the value presented by the Esri Partner Network, so I thought I would do my best to shine the light on this critical part of the Esri ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"undefined block-editor-paragraph\">Esri has almost 3,000 partners in various categories, Technology, Strategic Alliances, Products &amp; Solutions, Consulting &amp; Services, Content, Developers, and in different tiers, from Startup, to Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, in all sizes, across the world, covering many different industries. These organizations serve a critical function. Esri alone cannot provide all the support needed for the global community to realize their potential via the Geographic Approach. Here are six splendid examples of our partners at work, helping our users be more successful with ArcGIS:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.argis.com\/\">Argis<\/a> &#8211; The Town of Windsor, CO Invests in ArcGIS Enterprise &#8211; The town of Windsor is reaping the benefits of their investment in upgrading to ArcGIS Enterprise. By automating their data conversion for their water system, they are reducing work hours and costs. Installing a solid foundation for the town\u2019s system of record will serve them for years to come. With this technological groundwork in place, they are well-positioned to take advantage of new Esri offerings. The future looks bright for the town of Windsor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Axim Geospatial &amp; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cityworks.com\/\">Cityworks<\/a> &#8211; How Cityworks Propelled The City of Carmel\u2019s Data to the Modern Era &#8211; The City of Carmel, IN had decades\u2019 worth of permitting data in an outdated and no longer supported system. In this article, we review the process the City of Carmel and our team at [Axim Geospatial] followed to successfully transfer decades of essential data into the Cityworks platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartegraph.com\/\">Cartegraph<\/a> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartegraph.com\/video\/cobb-county-ga-modern-pavement-management\">Cobb County, GA: How We Work<\/a> &#8211; Uncover how the Cobb County DOT streamlines their day-to-day operations with Cartegraph. Hear from GIS Manager Lynn Biggs on how eliminating paper and switching to a data-driven system made them more effective, efficient, and productive for their citizens.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hdrinc.com\/\">HDR<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hdrinc.com\/portfolio\/pueblo-county-electric-vehicle-readiness-plan\">Pueblo County, CO Electric Vehicle Readiness Plan<\/a> &#8211; The plan shows what the County of Pueblo needs to do to hit its long-term electric vehicle targets, with specific recommendations tied to identified county goals.
