From my early days in AEC, from 1995 till now, I have watched personally how buildingSMART has developed into the globally recognized initiative behind open standards and interoperability in the AEC sector. Our involvement in buildingSMART is more important than ever as Esri keeps pushing the junction of GIS for architects, engineers, construction professionals and owners.
