Brett Angel | Sammamish Plateau Water


Brett Angel is a GIS developer and database administrator at Sammamish Plateau Water (SPW) with 17 years of experience working with GIS. At SPW, he develops enterprise solutions, administers enterprise GIS systems, and manages SPW's GIS-centric asset registry. He is developing a big data store for water consumption data to support historical analysis and real-time decision-making, integrating web forms to create paperless workflows, and planning the ArcGIS Utility Network migration. He also enjoys photography and spending time with his family and dog.

Dave Babicki | Jonah Water SUD


Dave Babicki is a GIS specialist with nearly a decade of extensive experience successfully managing a GIS. At Jonah Water Special Utility District (SUD), Babicki is currently advancing the deployment of a location platform to better identify district assets, increase informed decision-making, and support collaboration throughout the district. Babicki values time spent with family and friends. As an outdoor enthusiast who is passionate about nature, Babicki volunteers his free time with a local conservation program enhancing water quality and preserving species habitats.
