ArcGIS System Patterns for Pipeline Operators
September 5, 2024 | 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. (PDT)
As pipeline operators around the world continue to modernize their enterprise GIS platforms, we see an increased interest in building comprehensive business systems that leverage geospatial technology. These business systems are comprised of a set of capabilities, products, and procedures that are configured and built to work together in support of workflows. ArcGIS is comprised of eight system patterns that, when combined, allow pipeline GIS professionals to build more complex and industry-specific systems.
In this webinar, we will review the basis of these eight core ArcGIS system patterns, best practices, and methodologies for building more complex business systems. Plus, we will demonstrate some examples of how this all comes together for your organization.
There are currently eight (8) ArcGIS system patterns that we will review:
- Location services systems
- Self-service mapping, analysis, and sharing systems
- Enterprise application hosting and management systems
- Data editing and management systems
- Imagery data management systems
- Mobile operations and offline data management systems
- Big data analytics systems
- Real-time data streaming and analytics systems
