Esri Virtual Campus Prepares Students for Further Training
Virtual Campus courses are an effective way to prepare or satisfy prerequisites
for Esri classroom training. Introduction to Visual Basic 6, for example, teaches
the fundamental Visual Basic skills needed for the instructor-led course, Introduction
to Programming ArcObjects with VBA. Some Virtual Campus courses are self-paced
versions of their instructor-led counterparts. Examples include Introduction
to ArcGIS I (for ArcView 8, ArcEditor 8, and ArcInfo 8). Students who complete
one of these online courses satisfy the prerequisite for Introduction to ArcGIS
II (for ArcView 8, ArcEditor 8, and ArcInfo 8), which is an instructor-led
course.
