AIMS is a GIS-centric asset management solution built for water, wastewater, stormwater, and public works utilities. Developed and refined since 2005, AIMS brings an agency’s ArcGIS data, maintenance history, and long-range financial planning together in one system. Key capabilities: Asset Inventory: Manage pipes, manholes, valves, facilities, and other assets directly from the agency’s Esri GIS data. Work Management: Track work orders, inspections, and maintenance activities, building a complete history for every asset. Asset Management Plan: A 100-year, asset-by-asset renewal forecast that shows what needs replacing, when, and at what cost, supporting capital improvement plans, budgets, and rate studies. Condition & Risk: Bring in condition assessment data from engineering firms and contractors to prioritize renewal and maintenance. Integration: Built on an open architecture, AIMS connects with other applications such as ITpipes, Linko, and Lucity. Flexible Deployment: Hosted by AIMS Team or installed and owned by the agency. AIMS gives small and mid-sized utilities the planning power of an enterprise asset management system, without the enterprise cost or complexity.
