AirHub Launch is an FAA-approved Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability (LAANC) solution that integrates data from AirHub Connect to ensure that the UAS pilot user community can plan their missions and operate safely. AirHub Launch supports LAANC for Part 107 (commercial) and Part 44809 (Recreational) UAS pilots. The solution also enables further coordination for requesting access to restricted airspace by completing a form within the application that is then routed to the FAA for approval. As the regulations and industry evolves, Airspace Link will continuously add new features and functions to the platform. The recent rule-makings for Remote ID and the ability for communities to register FRIAs (FAA Recognized Identification Areas), where UAS not equipped with Remote ID will be able to fly, will be supported in upcoming releases of the solution.
