Description:
Lifeline360: Structures is Balor Analytics’ first subscription-based offering in the Lifeline360 suite, designed to deliver accurate, timely damage intelligence to support disaster response, declarations, and recovery planning. This grid-based geospatial product provides three levels of insight across the disaster timeline: Pre-Incident Forecasting: Delivered up to 72 hours before a known event (e.g., hurricane landfall or flood crest), Lifeline360: Structures models likely structural impacts based on hazard data, historical damage patterns, and vulnerability indicators. Post-Incident Rapid Estimates: Within 12–24 hours after an event, the system generates automated damage estimates using civil and commercial satellite imagery, flood sensor data, and modeled impact zones. These estimates provide a fast, actionable overview of affected areas—ideal for situational briefings, initial declarations, and resource staging. Human-Verified Structural Assessments: Where data is sufficient and impact severity warrants, Lifeline360 supplements its modeled outputs with human-verified, structure-by-structure assessments, using remotely sensed imagery, historical FEMA data, and ground-truth overlays. These assessments are aligned with FEMA damage categories to support formal reporting and cost estimation. Delivered via ESRI ArcGIS Online as ArcGIS-compatible feature services, Lifeline360: Structures integrates directly into existing emergency management workflows—providing local, state, and critical infrastructure partners with scalable, defensible, and GIS-ready damage intelligence.
