Overview

Bart and Associates, LLC (B&A) supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and mission partners with mission-critical geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and foundation data capabilities that improve the speed, consistency, and auditability of feature data production and maintenance. B&A brings operational experience supporting NGA programs with an execution model built around standards-based data management, repeatable production workflows, embedded quality controls, and automation that reduces rework while improving first-time-right delivery. B&A delivers across the GEOINT lifecycle, including multi-source data integration, imagery and raster exploitation support, feature data conditioning and maintenance, and production workflow automation aligned to NGA standards and downstream interoperability needs. Overview:

Provides specialized geospatial services in support of the U.S. Federal Government as a prime contractor, with deep expertise in Esri’s ArcGIS platform and defense-focused data standards. Core capabilities include production, management, and analysis of Foundation GEOINT data using the Topographic Data Store (TDS) schema and Janus Geography datasets. Extensive experience delivering high-quality, mission-ready geospatial products aligned with NGA standards and workflows. In the maritime domain, supports Janus Maritime initiatives as a prime contractor, including creation and maintenance of Electronic Navigational Charts (ENC) and Additional Military Layers for ENCs (SMENC), ensuring compliance with IHO standards and DoD requirements. Services span data engineering, feature extraction, attribution, QA/QC, conflation, and dissemination within enterprise GIS environments. Leverages ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and custom automation to streamline production pipelines, improve data integrity, and support operational decision-making. Consistently delivers secure, scalable solutions tailored to defense and intelligence missions, with a focus on accuracy, interoperability, and lifecycle data management across key federal agencies.
