Bergmann Impact 3D is an ArcGIS Pro Add-In used for Planning scenario analysis. As an interactive 3D mapping tool, users can sketch 3D massings within the base map to visualize potential development. The assign space use to the building to immediately report estimated development impacts for any number of impact criteria such as parking, traffic and waste water. the proposed massings can be exported to ArcGIS Online for public information products.
