Builty maintains a living record of U.S. properties, built from public building permits collected from thousands of jurisdictions and standardized with AI into a consistent history of what was built, when, and how each property has changed over 25+ years. Its platform links one of the nation's largest standardized building permit datasets to addresses, parcels, and geographic boundaries, and adds property-level scores that summarize each building's condition, resilience, and change over time. This geospatial property intelligence supports government agencies, utilities, infrastructure and telecom operators, insurers, and real estate and investment firms in monitoring development and housing production, tracking infrastructure buildout and electrification, assessing building condition and resilience, and analyzing change across individual properties, neighborhoods, and entire regions. As an Esri Startup Partner, Builty is bringing its data into ArcGIS as hosted feature layers, map layers, and time-enabled layers for use in ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Dashboards, and ArcGIS Experience Builder. Coverage is nationwide across the United States, and data is also delivered through API, bulk files, and government reports.
