AUPSA is a solution for automatic assessment of obstacles and terrain for ICAO Annex 14 surfaces. AUPSA is a true GIS based solution providing analysts tools to detect penetrating obstacles of the ICAO Annex 14 surfaces and report that information using map templates embedded within the solution. The software solution embeds components from Esri’s ArcGIS framework for a fully integrated GIS production environment. AUPSA’s potential uses not only include assessment of existing structures but can also serve web based analysis for permitting of proposed structures.
